Welcome to Duneridge Cottages   Montague, Michigan

Welcome to our cottages on the shore of Lake Michigan.  Duneridge cottages are three A-frames 
located in Lost Valley area in Montague, Michigan.  
Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash.

Rates 2009

Cost of one week’s rental is $850 plus 6% Michigan sales tax and 5% county room tax for a total of $943.50.  An initial deposit of $400 per week is required to hold the room with the balance to be received one month prior to your arrival date.

Don’t forget to bring along necessary items such as bed sheets, bath, beach and kitchen towels.  Blankets are provided, but should not be used on the beach!

Beds - 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 singles in the loft.

Two reminders concerning the Duneridge property:

1)    Parking in the CBA lot.  Some of our renters often park there, probably because the sign is not very clear.  Parking for our clients can only be beside or along the side of our buildings.  The CBA lot is for members who live back off the road and come down to the beach.

2)    The fire pits…please pick up all of your trash, broken glass and other debris. No fires should be made if there is any kind of a wind.  Since Duneridge Cottages are the closest to the pit, it seems our clients are the earliest to arrive and take it over for an evening and use it more frequently.  Please be respectful of the people who live here all year round.  They are particularly distressed by those building fires during a wind!
